Purpose

To consider the approval of the commissioning strategy for the
procurement of mental health day support services.

Consideration was given to a report of the Executive
Director.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT having considered the results of the equalities impact
assessment within Appendix A and having due regard to the needs set
out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for
Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care approves the strategy to
insource the Phoenix element of the new Integrated Health and Adult
Social Care Mental Health Day service alongside Greenwood for an
annual cost of £357,315.
