Purpose

This report considers the objections received in response
to a Traffic Management Order (TMO) consultation that took place
between 20 July 2023 and 10 August 2023, relating to the Arlington
Road Area Low Traffic Neighbourhood scheme. This follows
recommendations in a Cabinet Member Decision Report, which were
approved on 18 February 2022. The above report outlines the
background to the scheme and the TMO consultation

THAT the Director of Environment and
Sustainability, having considered the proposals in relation to the
objectives set out in the Camden Transport Strategy and having due
regard to the needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act
2010:

Approves the proposal to
proceed with the Traffic Management Order (TMO) as per the TMO
consultation undertaken between 20 July 2023 and 10 August
2023.
