Purpose

This report outlines the
proposals to convert 4.8 metres of general disabled parking and 1.8
metres of resident permit parking (CPZ CA-J) to
a 6.6 metre dedicated disabled bay on Oppidans Road
close to its junction with Primrose Hill Road, NW3.
 
This is following an
application received from a local resident who meets the
Council’s criteria for a disabled parking bay for their sole
use.
 
The proposals meet the aims of
We Make Camden by improving the quality of life for the applicant
of the dedicated disabled bay, enabling them to live a more
independent and active life within the community.
 
 

Content

THAT the Chief Engineer, subject to compliance with
relevant statutory requirements and detailed design, approves the
installation of a dedicated disabled bay on Oppidans Road close to
its junction with Primrose Hill Road, NW3.
