Purpose

Following public consultation,
this report outlines the proposals to:
·
Remove two 10m sections of resident permit holder only
parking bays located on Parliament Hill.
·
Construct two new Rain Gardens
which will alleviate pressure on the existing drainage network by
collecting and storing surface water.
·
Install 10m of no waiting
restrictions adjacent to both proposed rain gardens.
·
Reduce delays and capital
investment by working in partnership with Cadent Gas to make the
changes alongside utility works.

This would meet the objectives of We Make
Camden by improving biodiversity, reducing the impacts of flooding
and responding to the impacts of climate
change.
