Purpose

This report seeks approval of the procurement strategy for the
provision of Parking Operation’s Paid for Parking (P4P)
service provider. This service contract will allow motorists to pay
for short-term on-street parking in the Borough’s paid for
parking bays.

THAT the Executive Director of Supporting Communities
agrees:
1.       that the new
Paid for Parking contract is procured via the strategy outlined in
this report.
2.       that the
project proceeds to the next stage of the procurement process
(Contract Evaluation and Award.)
