Purpose
This report seeks approval for the award of three contracts, one
geographically based neighbourhood provider for long term care and
support at home in the Central neighbourhood, and two contracts for
geographically based reablement support to cover North-West and
North-East Camden, to the highest scoring bidders. These services
will embed both a strength-based and a test and learn approach
connects residents to their local community and will influence
future care work.
All contracts will run for 18 months commencing on or around 2nd
October 2023 until 31st March 2025 when the other long-term care
and reablement contracts end and a new approach to care and support
at home will come into place.
The contract award report is being presented to the Chief
Executive in line with Contract Standing Orders.
