Purpose

 
This report seeks approval for officers to proceed with the
disposal of 31 Daleham Gardens to the Community Land Trust NW3 CLT
in line with the objectives and strategy set out in the Cabinet
Paper of September 2020 for the regeneration of the site. The
report sets out the proposals, financial offer, and terms of the
sale to NW3 CLT.
 
A Part II report provides relevant financial information to
assist the Executive Director in agreeing to the
recommendations.
 
 
 

Content

THAT the Executive Director Supporting Communities (in
consultation with the Borough Solicitor, Executive Director of
Corporate Services, Cabinet Member for New Homes, Jobs and
Community Investment, Cabinet Member for Finance and Cost of Living
and Cabinet Member for Better Homes) agrees that Camden enter into
an Agreement for Lease with NW3 CLT based on the land offer of
£1.3m and heads of terms outlined in this report.
