Purpose

This report seeks approval to provide a dedicated disabled
parking space outside no. 22 Laystall Street, EC1R.
The council will be required to convert 6.6 metres of
“No Waiting At Any Time”
parking restriction to a dedicated disabled parking
space.  This is following an application received
from a local resident who holds a blue badge but struggles to park
close to their home as existing bays are often occupied and less
accessible.

The proposals meet the aims of We Make Camden by improving
the quality of life for the applicant for the dedicated disabled
bay, enabling them to live a more independent and active
life.
