Purpose

This report seeks approval for the creation of two new Executive
Director positions and the realignment of the relevant services
reporting to each new Executive Director.
 
 

Content

THAT the Chief Executive approves:
 
1.       The creation
of two new Executive Director positions: Executive Director Adults
and Health and Executive Director Children and Learning, replacing
the current Executive Director Supporting People.
2.       Realigning
the relevant services reporting to each new Executive Director
thereby creating two Directorates that will deliver on our
supporting people ambitions.
3.       Deletion of
the Director of Adult Social Care and the Director of Early
Intervention and Prevention roles.
