Agreement for the Health Visiting service with the Central and
North West London NHS Foundation Trust.

SECTION 75 PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
FOR HEALTH VISITING (SP/2023/13)
 
Consideration was given to a report of the Executive Director Supporting
People.
 
DECISION –
 
That the Executive Director Supporting People in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Best Start for Children
and Families:
 

a)   
Approves a final one-year extension to the Section 75
Partnership Agreement for the Health Visiting Service from
1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025;
and
 

b)   
Delegates authority to the Director of Public Health to agree
the final cost and any variations to the service in its final
extension period. The total cost of the service during this time is
expected to be £4,350,000 however an adjustment to this
figure may be needed depending on changes in government guidance
and further negotiations with CNWL seeking efficiencies.
