Purpose

This report seeks approval to:

Upgrade all existing single yellow lines to double yellow lines (No
Waiting At Any Time parking restriction) on Carlow Street, NW1,
including 10 metre returns into Arlington
Road. 
 
This proposal is intended to improve manoeuvrability, safety,
and access, for larger vehicles, particularly for emergency
vehicles, and aligns with Camden’s Junction Protection
Programme.

statutory requirements and detailed design, approves the
installation of At Any Time waiting restrictions on Carlow Street,
NW1, including 10 metre returns into Arlington Road.
