Purpose
This report sets out the proposed procurement approach for
Camden to lead a tender to engage a supplier of digital services to
work alongside London Borough of Camden, London Borough of Lambeth
and a group of other local authority partners to deliver a
Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC)
sponsored project on Digital Place-Based Engagement Project –
Planning Notices – Phase 3.
The main tasks for the chosen supplier will be to further design
and develop a digital planning notice using available open data,
and a digital planning notice for a “future state”
helping to develop new data standards for planning data.
The current phase of procurement is to run for up to 2 years
with stages for a value of between £250,000 and
£2,000,000, where it is proposed that competition is
conducted by using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) GCloud
framework Lot -Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) as a
compliant procurement route to market.

THAT the Executive Director, Supporting Communities, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for New Homes, Jobs and
Community Investment agrees:
i.
The procurement strategy as set out in this report to source a
provider for up to 24 months for an aggregated value of up to
£2,000,000 using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
GCloud Lot – Digital Outcomes and Specialists
(DOS) framework.
ii.
To proceed to recommend award of contract to a successful provider
after the tender evaluation process.
