This decision will be implemented on the expiry of five
working days, unless there is a call-in of the decision to the
appropriate Scrutiny Committee (for details on how to do this
please contact Gianni Franchi on 020 7974 1914), in which case any
such decision may not be implemented until the resolution of the
call-in process.  If no request for call in is
received by Thursday, 8th June 2023 then the
decision will be implemented.
