Purpose

This report seeks the endorsement of a procurement strategy and
award for the provision of a Revenues, Benefits,
Business Rates solution to Civica
Services Ltd, who will provide a cloud hosted service to allow for
continued delivery of statutory services
 
This recommended award is to call off from the Government
Digital Service (GDS) G-Cloud 13 framework to source ongoing
Software and Support for a period of 3 years, for a total
aggregated value of £978,303.

1.       The
procurement strategy as set out in this report for an aggregated
value of £978,402 for a term of 3 years.
2.       The use of
the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud Framework RM1557.13
which is a compliant route to market for this value of
procurement.
