Purpose

To consider the procurement strategy to undertake a number of
procurement exercises to provide a range of vehicles required to
provide various Council services.

Consideration was given to a report of the Director of
Environment and Sustainability.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT the Cabinet Member for a Sustainable Camden approves
the procurement strategy for a range of short-term flexible vehicle
hire and leasing contracts from May 2023 to January 2026 for an
estimated maximum aggregate value of £4,994,795
