Purpose

This report sets out the recommendation to extend the existing
contract with Cyclehoop Limited for the provision of
cycle hangars for a further 12 months from 1st August 2023 to 31st
July 2024.
 
The contract extension will allow for the installation of up to
61 more cycle hangars at various locations across the Borough.
 
This report is being presented to the Director of Environment
and Sustainability for approval in line with Contract Standing
Orders.

THAT the Director of Environment and Sustainability approves the
extension of the Residential Cycle Parking for Camden (Cycle
Hangars) contract with Cyclehoop Limited, to allow for
the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of up to 61
additional cycle hangars at various locations across the
Borough.
