Purpose

This report requests the Director of Environment &
Sustainability in consultation with the Director of Housing to
approve the adoption and associated Highway works to bring land at
Doynton Road to adoptable standards.
 
 

Content

THAT the Director of Environment and Sustainability, in
consultation with the Director of Housing, the Director of Economy,
Regeneration and Investment and the Director of Development, having
considered the rationale and criteria for the proposals in this
report, and subject to compliance with relevant statutory
requirements:
 
     
i.       
Notes the report and the Highway Authority’s comments.
   
ii.       
Approves the adoption of the land at Doynton Street as
shown on the plan attached at Appendix A by the Highway
Authority.
  
iii.       
Approves the conversion of the land to footway and other public
realm improvements as set out in this report, subject to local
consultation.
