Purpose

This report seeks
approval to
convert 6.6 metres of resident permit parking (CPZ CA-M) to a
General Disabled Bay outside 2-4 Ospringe
Road, NW5 2JE.

This is following an
application received from a local resident for a Dedicated Disabled
Bay but did not meet our requirements.
Understanding the applicant does however have some mobility issues,
and parking is challenging close to their property, officers
propose a General Disabled Bay which would assist the applicant as
well as other blue badge holders in the vicinity.

This proposal meets the aims
of We Make Camden by improving the quality of life for blue badge
holders, enabling them to live a more independent and active
life.
