Purpose

This report seeks endorsement of the award of a contract to
Trustmarque Solutions Ltd, a Microsoft large Account reseller for
the provision of Microsoft Enterprise subscriptions and associated
services. 
 
The re procurement of these subscriptions and services was
conducted by way of a collaborative tender exercise with public
sector organisations. The Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
Aggregation Team Framework team led the tender exercise by using
the Technology Products and Associated Services Framework (TEPAS2)
RM6098. The result has enabled Camden and other participants to
obtain economy of scale in the form of receiving discounted
reseller transaction costs. 
 
It is proposed that Camden proceed to contract award with
Trustmarque Solutions Ltd for a period of 3 years, for an
aggregated value of c£2m (excl VAT) per annum from 1st May
2024 for a total aggregated value of c£6m (excl
VAT).

THAT the Executive Director, Corporate Services agrees the award
of the contract to Trustmarque Solutions Ltd for the provision of
Microsoft Enterprise Subscriptions and Associated Services for a
fixed term of 3 years, for an aggregate Contract value of
c£6m (excluding contingency) from 1st May 2024.
