Purpose

To consider recommended terms for a new lease in respect
of 48 Arkwright Road, Finchley NW3 6DG, subject
to a premium payment.

Consideration was given to a
report of the Director of Development.
 
DECISION
–
 
THAT the Cabinet Member for
Finance and Cost of Living agrees that:
 

i)              
A new long-term lease be granted to Camden Arts Centre in
respect of the building they currently occupy at 48 Arkwright Road,
Finchley NW3 6DG; and

 

ii)             
The recommended transaction includes a lump sum payment by
Camden Arts Centre to the London Borough of Camden upon
commencement of the new lease.
