Purpose

This report seeks approval of the award of a contract to
undertake the supply and installation of a retrofit solar
photovoltaic system (PV) which will generate onsite renewable
electricity at Henderson Court, 102 Fitzjohn Avenue,
NW3 6NS.
 
The procurement was undertaken using a closed tender. This
report asks for approval to award the contract to Raven Repairs
Limited “Raven Renewables” for the sum of
£597,127.35 excluding VAT for an estimated contract period of
6 months. The contract value also includes 5year software service
agreement with an approved metering contractor
(£7,600.00).
 
The award of the contract to Raven Repairs Limited is based on
their submission being the most economically advantageous tender in
respect of the award criteria set out in the Invitation to
Tender.
