Purpose
This report seeks the approval to award a contract to PJ
Community Services to support care providers in recruiting
international residents who currently reside in one of the five
boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington. This
service is being procured by LB of Camden on behalf of the North
London Councils (NLC).
Following a Request for Quotation process where three (3)
organisations were formally invited to submit proposals. Two
organisations submitted responses that met all requirements and
were assessed, one organisation opted not to submit a response.
Having assessed both compliant responses, this report recommends
the award of contract to PJ’s Community Services Limited for
a period of six (6) months at a fixed cost of £100,000, which
is in line with the agreed budget.
This contract award report will subsequently be presented to the
Executive Director, Adults and Health, in line with Contract
Standing Orders.
This report includes a Part II appendix which contains
commercially sensitive information relating to the RFQ
