Purpose

The purpose of this report is to approve a five-year lease
agreement for designated office space within the Kentish Town
Health Centre. The lease will facilitate the commencement of a two
year ‘test and learn’ whereby a variety of services and
staff groups from multiple health and care providers will co-locate
and work together as part of Camden’s first Integrated
Neighbourhood Team. The establishment of the East INT is seen as an
important step towards council and borough partnership ambitions
for integrated services delivered within local communities.
