Purpose

This report seeks approval to convert 6.6m of resident permit
holders only parking outside Hornbeam House, Maitland Park Villas
NW3 2AZ to a dedicated disabled bay.
 
The proposal meets the aims of We Make Camden by improving the
quality of life of disabled residents who require access to a
vehicle, by enabling them to live independent and active lives in
the local community.

That the Chief Engineer, subject to compliance with
relevant statutory requirements and detailed design, approves the

Villas NW3 2AZ to a Dedicated Disabled Bay for the
sole use of the applicant.
