Purpose
On 28 February 2024 it was agreed to allocate a total of
£1,538,446 of Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy (SCIL)
to fund the delivery of infrastructure projects and associated
costs in the Council’s Culture, Regeneration, Participation,
High Speed 2 (HS2) and Euston services. It was also agreed to
allocate the remaining balance of SCIL for 2023/24 to the Holborn
Liveable Neighbourhood Project. The remaining SCIL balance for
2023/24 was £1,037,533. This report seeks to confirm this
allocation.
