THAT the Director of Environment &
Sustainability:
i.Notes the report and the highway
authority’s comments.
ii. Approves the advertising of the draft
stopping up order for public consultation to stop up all the land
shown on the plan in Appendix 1.
iii.Agrees to the Council requesting a Court
session to process the Stopping Up order under S116 of the Highways
Act 1980.
iv.Agrees to the Council requesting the court
to make the order due to the land being
unnecessary.
