Purpose

To consider agreement of the Camden Freight and Servicing
Action Plan, having given consideration to the results of the
public consultation.
 

Content

Consideration was given to a report of the Director of
Environment and Sustainability.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT, having considered
the policy context set out in Section 1 of the report and the
results of the consultation as summarised in Appendix 2, and the
results of the Equalities Impact Assessment in Appendix 3, and
having due regard to the obligations set out in Section 149 of the
Equality Act 2020 and subject to compliance with statutory
processes where required, Cabinet Member for a Sustainable Camden,
agrees:
 
     
i)        
That the Camden Freight & Servicing Action Plan is
adopted as a sub-document of the Camden Transport Strategy;
and
    
ii)        
That officers progress the actions contained within the
Action Plan.
