Consideration was given to a report of the Executive Director
Supporting Communities.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT, having considered the equalities impact assessment at
Appendix 1, and having due regard to the needs set out in section
149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for a Sustainable
Camden:
 

     
i)        
Approves the updated approach for increasing Fixed Penalty Notice
Charges; and

    
ii)        
Recommends that Cabinet approve the recommended increase of fixed
penalty Notices for fly tipping offences, littering and
graffiti/fly posters.
