Purpose

This report describes the award of a contract for the
provision of a cloud-hosted Property management system to Concerto
Support Services Ltd.
 
The aim of this contract is to
provide Commercial Property with a commercial property management
system to enable improved management of a portfolio of 1000 circa
properties with a rental income of over £17m.
 
The proposed contract term will be for a period of 5 years
from July 2024, contract would initially be for 3 years with the
option of a further 2 years, for a total aggregated value of
£353,440.

THAT
the Director of Development, Supporting Communities:

1) Approves the proposed procurement strategy contract
term of up to 5 years using the National Health Service Business
Solutions (NHSBS) Framework as described within the
report.
2)  Agrees award of contract to Concerto
Support Services Ltd for a period of up to 5 years for the cost of
up to £353,440.
