Purpose

To consider and make a decision
on Officers’ recommendation to implement the proposals for a
Safe and Healthy Scheme for South End Green, subject to detailed
design and statutory processes.

Content

Consideration was given to a report of the Director of
Environment and Sustainability and representations made by local
residents.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT having considered the Council’s powers and
duties, the outcome of the Equalities Impact Assessment (Appendix
D), and having had due regard to the needs set out in section 149
of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for a Sustainable
Camden: 
 

     
i)        
Notes the proposals set out in Section 2 of this report and
approves the implementation of the proposals, subject to detailed
design and compliance with relevant statutory requirements;
and
 

    
ii)        
Delegates authority to the Director of Environment and
Sustainability, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for a
Sustainable Camden, to take any further decisions required for the
scheme.
