Purpose
This report seeks approval to allocate local Community
Infrastructure Levy (‘local CIL’) funds to community
projects assessed from 15 August to 19 September 2024 - the
projects are listed in the Recommendations section below. The
projects have been assessed by officers to ensure they are in line
with the CIL regulations and the Council’s assessment
criteria for local CIL allocations, as set out in the case officer
reports in Appendix 1.

THAT the Executive Director of Supporting Communities agrees to
allocate local Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) as follows:
