Purpose
To consider the allocation and distribution of existing and
future Emmanuel Vincent Harris Trust Funds through the We Make
Camden Project Fund, which is part of the Voluntary and Community
Sector Investment Programme 2024-2031.
Content
DECISION –
THAT the Cabinet Member for Finance and Cost of Living, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Voluntary Sector,
Equalities and Cohesion, agrees:
i)
The allocation and distribution of existing and future Emmanuel
Vincent Harris Trust Funds through the We Make Camden Project Fund,
during the lifecycle of the VCS Investment Programme 2024-2031, in
line with the existing Council scheme of delegation for the
Programme;
ii)
The allocation of the current interest accrued sum of
£515,580, as of July 2024, and future interest accrued during
the life cycle of the VCS Investment Programme 2024-2031; and
iii)
The proposed governance and reporting structure, as outlined in
paragraphs 2.4 - 2.6 of the report
