Consideration was given to a report of the Executive Director
Supporting Communities.
DECISION –
THAT having considered the equalities
impact assessment in Appendix 1, and having due regard to the needs
set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member
for Planning and a Sustainable Camden:
i)
Approves the procurement strategy, with contract term of 4 years
plus 2 optional extensions of 3 years each for an estimated
aggregated value of £3.9million, as set out in section 7 of
the report; and
ii)
Delegates authority to the Executive Director Supporting
Communities to approve any extensions to the contract, should they
be required, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning
and a Sustainable Camden
