This report is to advise of the price achieved by
negotiation for the site known as land rear of 12, West End Lane,
Kilburn Vale NW6 4NX, (Kilburn Vale Estate Garages) for the price
and terms set out in the confidential appendix.
 
Disposal of this property was delegated by Cabinet on 22
February 2023 to the Executive Director of Supporting Communities,
in consultation with the: -
Executive Director for Corporate Services,
Cabinet Member for New Homes, Jobs & Community
Investment,
Cabinet Member for Finance & Cost of
Living,
Cabinet Member for Better Homes,
Director of Development,
Head of Property, and
Borough Solicitor, authority to make all decisions and
carry out all actions reasonably required to action and implement
the disposal of the small sites.
