Purpose

Following a competitive procurement exercise and subsequent post
tender clarifications, this updated report seeks endorsement to
award to contract to British Telecommunications/Everything
Everywhere (BT/EE).
 
The services to be sourced using the of the NHS London
Procurement Partnership Framework Information, Technology &
Management (IM&T) framework will require no technical change,
nor any cost of change as these will continue to be delivered by
BT/EE over a stable, secure and resilient network which has the
capacity to meet current and future Council demand.
 
The contract will run for a period of 36 months from 1st
September 2023 for an estimated aggregate value of up to
£207,000 (excl VAT).
 
The award of contract will be made by the Chief Digital and
Information Officer in line with Contract Standing Orders.
