Purpose

This report seeks approval of the award of a contract for office
supplies and stationery.
 
It is proposed to award a contract for an initial period of 3
years, with the option to extend by a further year, for the
estimated sum of £100,000 per year, to Banner Group
Limited.

THAT the Borough Solicitor agrees the award of the contract to
Banner Group Limited for a period of 3 years (including one
contract extension of one year) for the estimated sum of
£100,000 per annum (£400,000 in aggregate including
contract extensions).
