Purpose

This report seeks approval of the award of a contract to
CW Hospitality Ltd for
remodelling works to the Talacre Community Sports Centre
in the sum of
£2,672,246 and with a contract period of 25 weeks,
using a JCT Design and Build
Contract 2016 with Camden amendments.
 
Estimated contract start date is November 2024.

THAT the Executive Director of Supporting Communities, following
consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Voluntary Sector Equalities and
Cohesion, approves the award of the contract to C W Hospitality Ltd
for remodelling works to the Talacre Community Sports Centre for
the sum of £2,672,246 and for a contract period of 25
weeks.
