Purpose

This report sets out the recommendation to award a
contract to Gingko Landscape Contractors Ltd for the sum of
£196,757. The contract is due to commence in April 2024 for
an estimated period of 3 months.
 
The works will deliver green space improvements at Levita
House northern courtyard, Ossulston Estate and create new green
space for the benefit of residents of St Pancras and Somers Town
ward.

THAT the Director of Recreation to whom this report is submitted
agrees the award of the contract to Gingko Landscape Contractors
Ltd for an estimated period of 3 months to complete the Levita
House Landscaping Works for the total estimated sum of
£196,757.
