Decision

That the Council:

1. establishes place panels for Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable; and
2. delegates authority to the Director of Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member responsible for overseeing the place panels, to: a. invite identified local anchor institutions, partnerships and key community organisations to nominate representatives to serve as non-elected members of the panels; and b. appoint, following an open invitation for applications, individuals to serve as non-elected members of the panels, with those appointments reported to Full Council for noting.
