Decision

(1) The CIL Action Plan (2026) be approved as per the recommendation of the CIL Spending Advisory Board.

(2) Authority be delegated to the Joint Chief Executives, in consultation with the Leader and Deputy Leader, to approve expenditure of up to 10% above the project budgets set out in the CIL Action Plan (2026). (Option 1)
