Decision

1. That Cabinet agrees that new modular public toilets are provided at the East Cliff Promenade, near the new beach huts (Option 2), funded from the existing public toilets budget, and that officers proceed to develop this option through the necessary governance, design and procurement stages.
2. The proposal is that the new modular toilet block consists of one accessible and    baby changing facility, and two further toilets. See SK02 Plans and Elevations. Total provision three toilets. Costs in this report refer to this size of modular unit.
