The Maindy Park Trust Advisory Committee, composed of three independent members from the Standards and Ethics Committee, advises on a proposed land exchange.
It considers the best interests of the Charity and its beneficiaries, taking into account independent valuations and public consultation responses. The committee then makes a recommendation to the Cabinet, acting as Trustee, regarding the agreement of the land exchange, which is also subject to approval by the Charity Commission.
