AGREED: that tenders be invited under South East Wales Highways (SEWH) Framework Lot 9 with an NEC ECC4 Option A Contract, to procure a principal contractor for the construction of the Castle Street permanent transport scheme with the evaluation criteria of 60% quality, 30% cost, 10% social value.
