AGREED: that
(i) It be noted that the tender process for Advertising and Sponsorship Partners for a contract period of 36 months, with an optional contract extension of 24 months. Tender was published 1st October 2024
(ii) the contract be awarded to the winning 2 bidders for the Non-Digital Advertising Sponsorship Partners
· Award to successful bidder Marketing Force - 41 Roundabouts, 7 Verges,
· Award to successful bidder Bay Media - Lampposts outside City Centre and City Centre Lampposts and bench ends
(iii) The tender be awarded for non-digital advertising of existing sites for a contract period of 36 months, with an optional contract extension of 24 months, commencing on 1st February 2025.
Reasons for the decision
