Appendix 2 to this report is exempt from publication on the basis that it contains information of the description set out in paragraphs 14 and 21 of Part 4 of schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Appendix 3 to this report is exempt from publication on the basis that it contains information of the description set out in paragraph 16 of schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972

AGREED: that

1. Contracts be awarded for 7 Flying Start Childcare places for 3 years with the option to extend for 1 year and then a further year. The total annual value of the contracts is £324,675.00pa and contracts would commence on 1st April 2024.
2. One lot be abandoned for reasons set out in this report.
