The Cabinet of Cardiff Council approved the proposed 5-year Youth Service strategy for Cardiff on 28/05/2026. They also endorsed the proposed vision, principles, and integrated locality operating model. Authority was delegated to the Director of Education and Lifelong Learning, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Education, to deliver the strategy's principles and prioritise resources for vulnerable young people.
