Appendix A to this report is exempt from publication because it contains information of the kind described in paragraphs 14 of Schedule 12 A to the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information

Appendices B, C, D and E (Rev A) are exempt from publication on the basis that they contain information of the description set out in paragraph 16 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972

AGREED: that

1)     It be noted that procurement has commenced (as set out in the report)

2)     the shortlisted bidders as set out in this report be invited to participate in competitive, flexible procurement. And that the Award Criteria for the evaluation of tenders be agreed on.

Reasons for the decision

To proceed with the ITT stage of the procurement process including evaluation of the short-listed bidder’s submissions. Following this ODR authorising issue of the ITT, a further report will be required to approve the contract award.
