AGREED: that
- Following completion of a competitive procurement process. The entering into of a contract with Rainbow Therapeutic Care for the provision of two Children's Homes in Cardiff, located in Rumney and St Mellons be approved.
- It be noted that the successful provider will be awarded a contract for an initial period of five years with an option to extend for up to 2 further periods of 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and continued service need.
