Exempt Appendix 1 of this report is not for publication as they contain exempt information of the description contained in paragraph 16 of part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

AGREED: that thecommencement of the procurement, the approach to the evaluation,  shortlisting of bids and evaluation criteria for the delivery of the Youth Zone as set out within this report be approved.

Reasons for the decision

Under the delegation provided by Cabinet on the 19th of March 2026, a further decision is required, following development of the suite of tender documentation, to approve the detailed evaluation criteria and the proposed approach to shortlisting bids throughout the various stages of the process.  This is required so that the process can be communicated at the outset of the launch for all bidders.
