Appendices 2 and 3 to this report are exempt from publication on the basis that they contain information of the description set out in paragraphs 14 and 21 of Part  4 of schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the

circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption  outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

AGREED: that 8 contracts be awarded for Flying Start childcare places to the providers set out in the report. These contracts are for 3 years. The contracts will commence on 16th April 2025 and will have an annual value of £1,038,960.00, with an overall value of £3,116,880.00.

Reasons for the decision

To continue delivering Flying Start Childcare Services as set out by the Welsh Governments targeted Early Years programme.
